Husky Boi is an immersive pop-up dining experience rooted in nostalgia. Chef Brent Foster reimagines favorite flavors from his childhood into refined, seasonal dishes highlighting local farmers and producers. He’s pulling from his travels and bringing a few Southern comfort classics to Lambs to chase away the winter chill.
